1. How Much Is It To Join?
   First 6 months free trial, next 6 months ?50.00. Your first year can cost less than ?1.00 per week! One extra fare may cover the years cost! THERE IS NO COST TO YOU AT THE MOMENT! We just want you to use it !

   Directly by phone, or they may leave a message in your mailbox. Please ensure that your phone details are up to date
3. Why Should I Join?
   IXAT provides a service for both client and firm. The savings are for both parties and provide a solution to the growing problem of fuel costs and polution. Although one of your fares may be discounted the takings for the round trip are higher
4. Who Takes The Fares?
   The taxi company takes all fares from the customer direct. IXAT doesnt handle clients money.
5. Who Is The Contract With?
   Any agreement as to cost, time, waiting etc is between the taxi firm and the client. IXAT doesnt accept responsibility for any disputes regarding clients and firms.
6. Who Can Join? How do I do it?
   Any taxi or private hire firm who is trading with appropriate license and insurance. First REGISTER your details, then proceed to LOGIN, where you may add your job details. Customers looking for a discounted fare, DO NOT need to join. They will purely use the SEARCH page.
7. How do I use the search engine?
   Customers may search for information by inputing a destination either by post code or description. Taxi firms should input their data preferably by entering both place and post code so that the search engine will pick up either.
8. What If The Client Doesnt Turn Up?
   Delays are inevitable! Reasonable steps should be taken by the taxi company to ensure false or malious bookings are not made. This may include the insistance of a land line number or other I D. Allowance should be made for late landing times if collecting from an airport. We do not accept responsability for misuse of this site.
9. How Many Jobs Can I Advertise?
   As many as your page will hold! IXAT will automatically delete out of date jobs. You may also remove a job manually if you have filled the seats.
10. Why should I have feedback from my customers?
    Feedback ensures that only the best taxi firms are using this site. It is good for both the client and company to be aware of the quality of service. Malicious feedback can be deleted by the administrators at any time.
